Mike is excited for another celebrity spotting in South Dakota. In New York, Elisa has been knitting her way through a TV watchlist like none other, so tune in and make a checklist along with us. We are all just waiting around to Upload anyhow. 😉

Melissa is happy to eat her rant about the lack of adding metadata using the native Photos app in iOS 14. Though there wasn’t time to demonstrate everything in the Keynote, this would have been an amazing thing to see!! From Apple’s iOS 14 All New Features, scroll to the Photos section and you will see:
“Add context to photos and videos with captions”
View and edit captions to add context to your photos and videos, and easily find captions you’ve added in the Search tab. With iCloud Photos enabled, captions sync seamlessly across all your devices.”
Last episode we discussed what makes a great design and what we liked most or felt was life-changing. This time, we’re flipping it to talk about the Terrible Product Designs We Love to Hate. How could these product designs be improved to make the world a happier place? Dealing with waste and bad design takes some thinking outside the box.

Our picks for what we most look forward to doing again once it’s safe outside of stay-at-home practices:
Elisa: going to concerts and hitting the beach.
Melissa: family entertainment parks such as her local Funtasticks Family Fun Park.
Mike: going out to eat.
You can look for and listen to Melissa in an upcoming episode of Foodie Flashback with Patrice.
We’re still sheltering at home, which gave Melissa time to set up her new TP-Link Deco Whole Home Mesh WiFi System. We think the quarantine has overwhelmed Skype because we had a few recording issues that became comical. If you listen carefully to the bloopers at the top of the show, you’ll hear Mike turn in to a chipmunk!
Mike and Melissa are missing going out to restaurants, while Elisa is happy with takeout. Mike’s pick is Dempsey’s Brewery in Watertown and The Corner Diner in Clark. Melissa has a hankering for Mexican food at Guadalajara Original Grill in Tucson.
Here are the products Melissa reviewed in this episode:
Melissa got the 3-pack pictured above, but if you have a smaller home, you could probably get away with the 2-pack set then add on a single later on if you think you’ll need it.
Coronavirus is still the major news around the world, and more people are working from home and using video services to keep in touch with family and friends. We talk about the pros and cons of Zoom and FaceTime. And of course, because we’re, well, *us*, we veer off into other topics.
Mike’s pick this week is Just Dance 2000 to help keep us active and have fun. Melissa wanted a nice backdrop for her video conferencing, so she chose the Emart Photo Backdrop Stand. Since salons and barbershops are closed, many people are cutting their own hair. Elisa recommends the Professional Hair Cutting Kit.
As we all hunker down hiding from the Covid virus we discuss what we are doing to cope with this epidemic.
First Mike talks about paying more attention to his health and watching his weight. Then they all talk about ordering food with apps, the future of bill paying, entertainment options for all you shut ins and teleworking.
For our picks Elisa is thinking about exercise while social distancing with Peloton Bike. Melissa want to be comfortable while working so she went with the Altwork Station. Mike just wants to forget what going so he going to play games on his Commercial Grade Cocktail Arcade Machine.
